For every friend that clicks on the badge & enters the Sweepstakes, you will receive one (1) additional entry. No other use of a Sidekick “badge” by any individual is permitted. Entries received via this method from a person or e-mail address after the first five (5) entries received from that person or e-mail address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated or mechanical means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. RANDOM DRAWINGS AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner and ten (10) potential First Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 9/27/2009 from among all eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by e-mail, home telephone, mobile telephone or mail (depending on method of entry). Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Trip includes round-trip, first-class air transportation for up to six (6) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA (exact dates to be determined by Sponsor), local ground transportation for duration of stay to trip-related activities, ride in official blink-182 tour bus or SUV (to be determined by Sponsor), hotel or mansion accommodations for six (6) guests for two (2) nights stay (exact accommodations to be determined by Sponsor), six (6) VIP concert tickets to the blink-182 concert at The Palladium (includes side stage access and table in VIP balcony area), attendance to exclusive sound check and meet and greet with blink-182 on the day of performance (exact band members to be determined by Sponsor), $1,820 shopping spree at Fast Life for winner only (awarded as gift certificate), and complete official blink-182 band gear including autographed drum kit and drum sticks, guitar, and bass (exact autographs to be determined by Sponsor). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $65,035. Grand Prize winner and guests must comply with all venue and activity rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of applicable portion of prize. If Grand Prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Los Angeles, CA, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Grand Prize winner. Each guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must execute and return a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If any guest is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such minor. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability. Grand Prize winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. In the event the blink-182 performance is cancelled or Sponsor is unable to provide any other prize element, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. First Prize (10): A T-Mobile Sidekick (service not included), and a T-Mobile pre-paid service gift card valued at one hundred dollars ($100), and custom blink-182 gift pack, which includes official concert tour poster, t-shirt, hat, blink-182 CD. Total ARV of each First Prize: $750.00. Exact size of t-shirt and hat will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Gift cards and gift certificate are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by issuers. Total ARV of all prizes: $72,535. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, including any wireless service plan for the Sidekick and, if a Grand Prize winner, additional ground transportation, luggage fees, gratuities, meals and souvenirs. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted by winners.
